Digital Transformation · AI Systems
Precision-built AI for established businesses.
We work with chairs, chief executives and their direct reports where an AI decision has to survive a regulator, an audit committee and a board minute.
— Practice
Three kinds of work, one standard of evidence.
Strategy
Where AI earns its place in your business, what it is worth, and what it costs to do properly. Written so a board can act on it.
Delivery
Building the systems, or directing the people who do. Scoped to the controls, data handling and audit trail your sector already requires.
Operating model
Who owns AI once the pilots end: accountability, governance, skills and the standards that keep quality steady after we leave.
How we think about it
Advice you cannot act on is not advice.
Most AI programmes fail for ordinary reasons: unclear ownership, data nobody trusts, a pilot that was never meant to reach production. The technology is rarely the constraint.
So we start with the decision you are trying to make, and we tell you when the answer is to do nothing.
— Sectors
Where the rules decide what can ship.
Model risk, client data and supervisory expectations decide what can ship. We work to the control framework you already report against, so an AI system can be explained to a regulator without a translation layer.
Patient data sets the boundary. Work stays inside information governance, and anything touching clinical judgement is treated as clinical, not as software.
Client confidentiality and professional duty come first. The gains are usually in drafting, research and review, which is also where the confidentiality risk sits.
Public money needs a public account of itself. Procurement rules, fairness duties and transparency shape the design, not just the paperwork afterwards.
Operational technology and safety cases limit what may touch the network. Value tends to sit in forecasting, maintenance and trading support, away from control systems.
Client names are confidential and we do not publish them.
— Engagement
How an engagement runs.
-
Stage 01
Assess
2–4 weeksWe map what you have, what you are being sold, and what is worth doing. You get a decision document, not a discovery deck.
-
Stage 02
Build
A first system in production, chosen because it pays for the programme. Your people work alongside us so the knowledge stays with you.
-
Stage 03
Hand over
Governance, documentation and named owners in place. We are available afterwards, but the point is that you do not need us.
— Contact
Start a conversation.
Tell us the decision in front of you. We will say plainly whether we can help.
